Exchange and Return Policy:

  • Timeframe – Customers may initiate exchanges or returns within 7 days from the delivery date. (Except during the promotion period, in which only 5 days are allowed for returns)
  • The product must be in its original condition and complete packaging and free of any defects, damage, or misuse. It is preferable to try the shoes on a clean floor.
  • Exchange fees inside Saudi Arabia (free) for the first time
  • The exchange fee for the second time is 29 Saudi riyals.
  • The return fee within Saudi Arabia is 29 Saudi riyals.
  • The purchase from Tabby or Tamar and return the goods, the shipping fees will be deducted.
  • The exchange and return policy apply to all products except bags, socks, perfumes, and accessories.
  • Gifted products can be returned by returning the amount paid to the customer who made the purchase only.
  • Orders placed after the 24th of Ramadan are not guaranteed to reach the customer before Eid, and the store does not bear any responsibility for orders outside Riyadh after this date.
  • Exchange or return will be suspended outside Riyadh from the 20th of Ramadan due to delaying delivery until after Eid. Requests for exchange or return will be received until after Eid.
  • In the event that there is an error in the address data or contact number and the shipment is returned to us from the carrier company, the customer will bear the cost of shipping it again.
  • If the customer does not receive the order sent to him, the carrier company will return the order to us within a period that takes from 7 to 21 days, and the order amount will be returned, minus the full delivery value.
  • If your order was one of the special offers or discounts and it expires before you request a return or exchange, the same offer or discount will not be provided to you.
  • All shipments will be dispatched exclusively on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • The store has the right to cancel the order for any reason, provided that the customer is notified of this in writing by e-mail, by SMS message on the mobile phone, or by WhatsApp.

Steps for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Please inform us of your return or exchange request through either WhatsApp at +96659 6208482 or via email at sales@nivelshoes.com
  • You will receive an email from the shipping courier containing a shipping tracking number.
  • Coordinate with the shipping courier company to schedule the pickup of the return.
  • Keep a copy of your bill of lading receipt for tracking purposes
  • Upon receipt of the product at our facility, the product will undergo inspection within 7-14 days
  • Refunds will be processed immediately, less applicable shipping fees
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer (e.g. credit card to credit card)
