Welcome to nivelshoes.com (“Site”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of our Site and any purchases of products (“Shoes,” “Accessories,” etc.) from Nivel Shoes (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Nivel Shoes KSA”). Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or ordering, you accept and agree to comply with these TOS, our Privacy Policy, Return & Delivery Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By using our Site, you represent that you meet these criteria.

4. Account Registration

To place orders or access account features, you must register. Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Products, Orders & Pricing

• We display product prices in Saudi Riyals—including applicable VAT—consistent with our offerings (nivelshoes.com, trustpilot.com).

• We reserve the right to modify prices and correct errors without prior notice.

• We will notify you if an item you ordered is out of stock, on pre-order, or discontinued.

6. Payment & Billing

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mada, and cash in-store. By submitting your payment info, you authorize us to charge the total amount and any applicable delivery fees.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Refer to our “Return & Delivery” page for current timeframes. Domestic store pickups are available at these Riyadh locations: Park Avenue Mall, Kingdom Centre, and Riyadh Gallery (nivelshoes.com).

8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• Returns: Accepted within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.

• Exchanges: Accepted within 5 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, include tags, original packaging, and receipt.

• Exceptions: socks, accessories, party wear, misused items.

• Sale items: Exchange only within 3 days for equal or higher value.

• Refund refund times by payment type:

  • Cash: 4 business days

  • Mada: 7 business days

  • Card (Visa/Master/Amex): up to 15 business days (nivelshoes.com).

• Refunds processed at original purchase store only.

9. Promotions & Discounts

We may offer promotional codes, sales, or discounts. These cannot be combined or redeemed for cash unless stated. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions anytime.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use our Site for lawful purchases only. You must not:

• Misrepresent yourself or payment info

• Upload harmful content or malware

• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, text, images, and logos on the Site are proprietary to Nivel Shoes or our partners. You may not use any intellectual property without express consent.

These TOS are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Riyadh.
